What are the outcomes that are sought for each page (eg. click forward, download information, register interest, make an inquiry, transact)?
  • How do the pages relate to each other? Define the linkages and flows between pages, site wide navigation and page specific navigation. Define page policies (content review and content addition). Select tools to manage the site based on content requirements. Define back end system integration requirements and usage elements.
  • Implementation team and project management. Select resources for ongoing management to maintain momentum and provide ongoing measurement and reporting on outcomes to site and segment objectives.

What is often lost in translation is the reason you are in business.
